Hylands Shanghai Office Pleased to Announce Its Expansion to the 12th Floor of Jinmao Tower

At 2:18 p.m. on July 15, 2022, attended by the leaders of Hylands’ Beijing headquarters, its partners, lawyers, and employees of the Shanghai office, and with the blessings from customers and friends, an unveiling ceremony was held on the 12^th floor of Xikuo Jinmao Tower to celebrate the expansion of Hylands’ Shanghai office.

The expansion of the office area, taking place after the relocation of the Shanghai Office to the 9^th floor of Jinmao Tower on October 1, 2020, was to meet the needs of the rapid business development of the firm, marking that Shanghai Office has entered a new stage of development.

Affected by the pandemic, the renovation of the new office was suspended for nearly three months. But thanks to the leadership of the Shanghai Office and the unremitting efforts of all colleagues, the works of the new office were completed on time. This can considerably improve the ability to solve problems and lays the foundation for future growth.

After the unveiling ceremony, a seminar was held, where invited experts and lawyers discussed the practical issues related to private equity investment funds, the latest legislation on the transfer, evaluation, and pledge of private equity funds in Shanghai, and the exit methods of S funds and state-owned funds. The forum allowed guests to attend either offline or online and attracted more than 2000 guests.
