- Formation, Registration and Change of the Fund Manager
- clients in the formation procedure of the fund manager, including without limitation, structure designing, constitutional documents drafting and registration with the Industrial and Commercial Administrative Departments of the fund manager; conduct legal due diligence on fund manager and assisting clients in the compliance requirements during registration; draft and deliver our legal opinion to AMAC for the manager registration; assist clients in answering further inquiries by AMAC during the registration process; and assist clients in filing with AMAC regarding certain major changes of the fund manager, including without limitation, the online registration in relation thereof, drafting and delivering our legal opinion to AMAC.

- Formation, Filing, Change, Disposition and Liquidation of the Fund
- Design and optimizing fund structure from the perspective of feasibility, legality and compliance requirements; assisting clients in fund establishment, fundraising and filing with AMAC; provide legal services for brokers and investors and advise on legal risks during the fundraising process; assist clients in filing with AMAC in respect of certain major changes of the fund; advise on portfolio disposition, withdrawal of the investors, and disposition and liquidation of the fund.
