Hylands Xi'an Office Shifted to a New Office at Maike Commercial Center

Hylands’ Xi'an office was established on May 7, 2022, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice, which is an important step to implement the national business layout of Hylands.

Xi'an is located at the intersection of the second Eurasian Continental Bridge and occupies a strategic position on the Belt and Road map. Assign enough administrative personnel to support the work of lawyers. Xi'an Office will implement the concept of the Hylands –  a big-middle office - to provide administrative services for the whole process of lawyers' business, and keep a structure of partners, professional lawyers, and administrative secretaries in a ratio of 1:3:2. Sufficient administrative support can help lawyers to improve their work efficiency.

Hylands Xi’an Office has set up ‘three funds’, which denote the Young Lawyers Development Fund, the Three-Phase Security Fund for Female Employees, and the Retirement Fund for Elderly Lawyers, which are respectively used to help young lawyers in need, pregnant female lawyers, and retired lawyers.

Xi’an Office has decided to allocate the office’s operative annual income surplus into these three funds as a means to convert this system to a permanent one. The ‘three fund system’ will strengthen the bond between the firm and its lawyers, boost the unity of the firm, help the lawyers in need, and set a model for the legal industries working in the country.
