Junying TANG graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2006. In 2008, she graduated from China University of Political Science and Law as an on-the-job postgraduate in civil and commercial law. Obtained legal practice qualification in 2016. Since the legal practice, she has long served as the legal adviser of government administrative units and companies, specializing in business areas: civil litigation, company daily litigation and non-litigation legal affairs.
