- Assist clients in conducting investments in sub-funds. The service targets include various types of mother funds, S-funds, and government-guided funds. The service scope covers conducting legal due diligence on sub-fund managers and sub-funds, designing sub-fund transaction structures, and assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of fund contracts; assist clients in conducting direct equity investments. The service targets include various types of RMB and US dollar funds such as private equity funds, venture capital funds, M&A funds, and industrial funds. The service scope includes conducting legal due diligence on project companies, designing investment transaction structures, drafting transaction documents and participating in negotiations, and assisting in completing government approval and transaction closing.
