  • He successfully defended a minor crime for Ma, who was suspected of 304,000 yuan in corruption, a military commander with the rank of a military officer. On January 22, 2015, Ma was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison and deprived of the rank of colonel. But Ma's military status was retained. After serving his sentence, the army arranges his salary according to regulations.
  • He defended the defendant Hu, who was suspected of bribing the former deputy minister of the Central Propaganda Department, with a minor defense. The defense opinion was accepted by the court. Hu was finally sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in prison, and was released immediately after the sentence came into effect.
  • He provided legal services for Su, the director of a city's public security bureau, on several cases involving bribery, abuse of power, and bribery. In the end, the court held that Su had surrendered himself and made significant contributions. The court gave Su a lighter punishment and sentenced him to 13 years in prison.
  • He made a minor defense for Lu, who was suspected of falsely issuing VAT invoices. The defense opinion was accepted by the court.

  • In 2008, he represented the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group, which was a creditor, to apply for the bankruptcy of Jiangsu Jingjiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. After four years of bankruptcy proceedings, he helped the creditor to recover 1.1 million yuan of losses. (The compensation rate in this case was 12.8%. The case was praised by the Jiangsu Provincial High Court.)
  • From 2013 to 2014, he led the team to successfully restructure the debts of Jiangsu Fangtai Microfiber Leather Industry Co., Ltd.. (The company has more than 1,000 acres of land, 420,000 square meters of factory buildings, more than 1,500 employees, and a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan.) Finally, the company's assets were fully revitalized so that its industry can develop sustainably. The case has been highly affirmed by the local government.
  • From 2015 to 2019, he served as the person in charge of the bankruptcy administrator of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Jiangsu Paper Printing and Packaging Industry Corporation. The case was selected by the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court as one of the top ten Classic Case in 2018-2019 with respect to optimizing the business environment.
  • In July 2015, Jiangning Court accepted the bankruptcy liquidation of Nanjing Ningfeng Cement Powder Co., Ltd. The main bankruptcy estate of the debtor enterprise is an unlicensed building on collective land. However, there is a problem that such bankruptcy property is difficult to sell. On the one hand, it is a problem left over from history. On the other hand, the land where the house is located intersects with the military land used by the army, resulting in no one intending to buy the building. Lawyer Zhongwen Su led a team of bankruptcy administrators to coordinate with the local government. After several rounds of negotiations, the government acquired the house in the form of repurchase and storage. In the end, the bankrupt property that had no possibility of changing its price was sold, and the employee's claims and tax claims were fully paid off. At the same time, it also made the settlement rate of ordinary creditor's rights achieve a breakthrough of 0.
  • In 2016, he was responsible for handling the bankruptcy liquidation case of Nanjing Sushun Yatong Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. In the case of no property, he recovered more than 2 million accounts through litigation. In the declaration of claims, he strictly controlled and reduced the amount of claims declared by the largest creditor by 60% through litigation. In the end, the bankruptcy estate was able to completely cover the employee's claims and tax claims. The company became the first bankrupt company to fully pay off the tax in the Jiangbei New Area of Pukou, and the repayment rate of ordinary creditors reached 10%, which was well received by the undertaking court and judges.
  • On June 21, 2018, Jiangning Court accepted the bankruptcy and liquidation case of Nanjing Erji CNC Lathe Co., Ltd. The debtor's bankruptcy property was limited, but the company had nearly 100 employees to be resettled, and the bankruptcy property could not cover nearly 10 million employees' claims. The bankruptcy administrator quickly started the collection of external accounts receivable and the price change of the bankruptcy property. At the same time, the bankruptcy administrator communicated with the competent authority of the bankrupt enterprise. With the joint efforts of the court and the bankruptcy administrator, the company has obtained funds to advance the claims of employees to ensure the resettlement of employees, thereby preventing the occurrence of mass incidents of employees.
  • In 2019, he was in charge of handling the bankruptcy liquidation case of Jiangsu Railway Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. After careful work, the creditors unanimously approved the bankruptcy liquidation plans, which were well received.
  • In 2020, he was responsible for handling the bankruptcy liquidation case of Nanjing Huaxin Catering Management Co., Ltd. The case was concluded by means of reconciliation, which ensured the interests of small creditors and social stability, and was highly affirmed by the Nanjing People's Court.
  • In 2021, he participated in the bankruptcy and reorganization of Nanjing Yurun Group and served as the leader of the stability maintenance team.
