I passed the national judicial examination in 2007 and have practised for 13 years. I am a merger and acquisition specialist and concurrently an arbitrator of Qinzhou Arbitration Commission. He has worked in state-owned enterprises and the world's top 500 private enterprises for 26 years, and is familiar with the operation and management of large and medium-sized enterprises, and the construction and operation system of the legal risk prevention and control system of the group and its subordinate industrial companies. During 17 years of working in the world's top 500 private enterprises, he served as the deputy director of the legal department of the group company and concurrently as the Secretary of the Department branch. He has won the honorary titles of "advanced individual", "excellent Party member" and "senior lecturer" of the group company for many times. At the same time, he is also the legal adviser of several industrial enterprises. During this period, the group established a three-level legal risk management and control system and formulated supporting management systems and assessment systems, and led the Department teams to deal with a large number of non litigation businesses such as major investments, asset transfer, mergers and acquisitions, equity transfer, enterprise compliance management, legal training and various litigation businesses of the group and various industrial companies in the real estate sector, energy sector, automobile sector and industrial enterprise groups, and handled nearly 100 pieces of litigation businesses every year, with an amount of more than 10 billion yuan.
