Being the permanent legal adviser of enterprises for many years, Ms. Fang Bo is experienced in contract disputes, company-related disputes, equity disputes, financial loan disputes, labor disputes, marriage and family disputes, property inheritance disputes, property preservation, enforcement, etc. She is specialized in dispute resolution and enforcement filed. She has handled a large number of complex dispute cases on behalf of clients, and also represented clients in a large number of complex commercial arbitration cases in major domestic arbitration institutions. 

Ms. Fang has provided legal advice for some listed companies, and world-renowned enterprises and SOEs in the entertainment, media, publishing, automobile, catering, investment, and internet industries. She has extensive experience in corporate compliance, business contract regulation, company establishment, corporate risk prevention and control, and labor disputes.

Ms. Fang is currently the secretary-general of the Dispute Resolution Professional Committee of Hylands Law Firm.
