As an agent of creditors and investors as well as bankruptcy administrator, she has participated in a great many bankruptcy liquidation projects and bankruptcy restructuring projects. Besides, she has handled many large or median scale capital markets projects, including but not limited to listing enterprises on the New Third Board, restructuring corporate, M&A, conducting an acquisition, assisting corporate organization to register as a private fund manager. What is more, she also has experience in providing coverage of every aspect of legal service on special opportunity investment, such as conducting due diligence, assessing the value, and purchasing and selling non-performing assets.
