Yue has been practicing anti-monopoly/competition law since 2013, and hence has rich experience in such area, capable of providing the clients with comprehensive services covering concentration filing/merger control, antitrust investigation, antitrust compliance and antitrust civil litigation. 

Yue has provided legal services of due diligence, transaction structure design and negotiation, transaction documents preparation and closing, etc. in dozens of M&A and PE Investment transactions of both domestic and foreign clients. 

Yue has been practicing in the area of FDI since 2011, and provided services of entity establishment, joint venture, daily compliance to the WFOEs, JVs and representative offices of foreign clients in China.
