Mr. Zhang’s practice focuses on inbound and outbound capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions across a wide range of industries including new energy, finance, life sciences and healthcare, new material  and many other fields. In addition, Mr. Zhang also advised several clients of state-owned enterprise with respect to the M&A transactions, transactions of state-owned assets and other general corporate matters.
