Professional Background
Member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Northwest University of Political Science and Law. Since commencing practice, has long-term experience providing legal services to state-owned enterprises and large/medium-sized group companies, with rich experience in dispute resolution. Has participated in various foreign training programs including negotiation courses at Harvard University, leadership courses at West Point, and law firm management courses at Yale University. Previously worked and exchanged at a Singapore law firm. Authored "Research on Difficult Issues Related to TOD and PPP Models for Urban Metro Development," included in the "China PPP Annual Development Report (2019)" edited by Tsinghua University.
