Mr. Li Wen represented Agricultral Bank of China in a high-profile L/C litigation for US$10 billion in London upon appointment by the State Council of China and was commended by the State Council of China after winning the case. He has provided legal service in sectors as real estate development, financing, M&A, retail and has represented several banks and financial institutions to ask for payment of debt, to enforce judgment of court and award of arbitration and to dispose the non-performing assets of financial institutions. He also represented many foreign companies, institutions or individuals to carry out investment negotiation or commercial investigation.
