Mr. Wu has around twenty-five years legal experience including ten years as Huawei Technologies’ in-house counsel. He is the co-founder of Huawei Technologies’ international legal team, and has abundant experience in cross-border transactions, international disputes resolution, intellectual property, etc. . Mr. Mu often give speeches in different forums on various topics including corporate governance, contract, international transactions, M&A, financing, arbitration, etc.. Mr. Mu has represented many clients in different industries, such as high-tech, manufactures, retailing, entertainment,PE fund. 

Mr. Wu is recognized for his experience and skills in handling complicated commercial and financial disputes. Mr. Wu has been listed in the panel of many major arbitation institutions, such as CIETAC，SHIAC，SCIA，DIAC,etc..
