Professional Background

Dr. Wang worked in the legal department of a central stateowned enterprise (SOE) for many years, where she was responsible for groupwide investment and litigation matters. Since commencing her practice as a lawyer, she has served as permanent legal counsel to a number of SOEs, asset management companies and banks, providing comprehensive and professional legal support across compliance management, capital markets, dispute resolution, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, among other areas. In addition, she has indepth experience in crossborder business between Hong Kong and mainland China, being proficient in the laws, regulations and business environments of both jurisdictions, with particular expertise in the automotive, newenergy and healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has been consistently committed to solving clients' problems and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests.
