Attorney Yukie XU graduated from China Youth University of Political Studies and the University of Groningen (LL.M.), obtaining a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law.

Since June 2012, Attorney XU has worked at the The Hague office of a renowned law firm. After returning to China in July 2013, she has been practicing at top-tier law firms. During her practice, she has focused on capital markets, state-owned assets, finance, and cross-border legal matters. Her years of legal education and domestic and international work experience have equipped her with a solid legal foundation and an international perspective.

Attorney XU has served numerous government agencies, central and state-owned enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity funds, and financial institutions including banks, asset management companies, financial leasing companies, insurance companies, and trust companies. She has provided legal services for investment projects in China for clients from the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions. She has also provided legal services for Chinese enterprises' investment matters in the United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions, as well as for cooperation matters with a well-known German football club and a prestigious British university.
