In addition, she has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients on cross-border and domestic restructuring projects, including mergers, spin-offs, business carve-outs, relocation, downsizing, liquidation, and dissolution.

Ms. Liang has extensive experience in corporate compliance as well. She has assisted many multinational enterprises in establishing or enhancing their compliance systems. Her compliance work further covers EHS compliance, anti-corruption investigations, anti-workplace bullying and anti-sexual harassment investigations. She also assists foreign-invested enterprises in China to lawfully and efficiently respond to administrative inspections and regulatory measures by authorities in areas such as environmental supervision, civil-criminal crossover matters, and labor and employment.

In addition, Ms. Liang is a recognized expert in labor law, with particular experience in corporate restructuring and large-scale employee layoff and resettlement projects.
