Since commencing practice in 2011, Mr. Li has focused on arbitration and litigation in shipping, international trade and insurance, with particular expertise in disputes arising from carriage of goods by sea, charterparty, shipbuilding, shipping finance, and commodity trade. He has represented clients in numerous ad hoc arbitrations in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York, as well as institutional arbitrations under the rules of SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA and LMAA. His long-term clients include Goldwind, Hang Tung Resources, Sinotrans, BOC Leasing, China Energy Engineering Corporation, BYD Auto, Cambrian Bulk, Sinoeast, Fortune Ocean, Junyi Shipping, among others.
