Ms. Flora Zhou graduated from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, where she obtained both a Bachelor and a Master degree.

Prior to joining Hylands Law Firm, Ms. Zhou worked at the Shanghai offices of Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) and JunHe LLP. Her practice primarily focused on capital markets transactions, including domestic and overseas listings, PE/VC investment, M&A.

Ms. Zhou has successfully handled projects across a wide range of areas, including H-share listings, US De-SPAC transactions, restructuring of VIE structures for HK-listed companies, establishment of red-chip structures, cross-border M&A, acquisition of control over A-share listed companies, and secondary market refinancing. In the field of investment and M&A, she possesses extensive experience in sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), and healthcare.
