Ms.Tong has represented numerous listed companies in financial litigation and arbitration, including “Apt Medical Inc”, “Spring airlines”, NFC, “Pacific Shuanglin Bio-pharmacy”, and “Sheng Mu High-tech”.These cases cover a wide range of disputes such as subscription to additional capital, equity transfer, revocation of resolution, factoring contract, deficiency supplement, shareholder's damage to the company's interest, equity repurchase, and the request for the company to make a change in the company's registration. She has successfully represented funds such as Mango and Dunhong in seeking exits for multiple fund projects and responding to LP litigation.

In securities compliance and litigation, she has represented several securities firms such as China Merchants Securities and Shenwan Hongyuan, in responding to civil lawsuits for securities false statement brought by investors, helping clients avoid liability. Ms.Tong has also handled several highly influential securities compliance projects, including administrative penalty hearings for alleged information disclosure violations in “Aerospace Power”,“Poten Enviro”, and “WeDoctor Holdings”, as well as exchange disciplinary action hearings and administrative penalty hearings for alleged securities market manipulation in “Fuxing Holdings”.
