Before practicing law, Wang initiated an entrepreneurial project that received equity investment from the Nanjing Zijin Sci-Tech Innovation Company under the Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission’s venture capital platform, as well as a startup subsidy from the Nanjing Municipal Government. He is well-versed in corporate financing and operations and has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by enterprises. He also graduated with distinction from the United Nations International Labour Organization (ILO) Youth Entrepreneurship Training Program in 2014, which enriched his practical experience.

During his legal career, Wang has worked at Grandall Law Firm, Grandway Law Firm, and Hylands Law Firm, serving as senior consultant and partner. He has accumulated rich project experience in all phases of private equity funds, including fundraising, investment, management, and exit. Wang has also specialized in compliance within the biopharmaceutical field, providing legal services to several major pharmaceutical funds, biopharmaceutical companies, and medical device enterprises, earning wide recognition in the industry.
