Ms. Liu focuses on compliance governance in cutting-edge sectors, including artificial intelligence, telecommunications and internet services, high and new technology, e-commerce, and general corporate operations. She regularly serves as legal counsel to leading domestic and international enterprises across a wide range of industries—such as Banking and Finance, E-commerce, and Intelligent manufacturing—providing comprehensive legal services covering compliance system design, risk management, cross-border data transfer solutions, and overseas compliance for Chinese enterprises ("going global").
