Having practiced law from 2001 up to the present, Andrew Li is focused on legal service for cross-border clients in wealth of trades. He counsels clients in commercial dealings, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, international trade, high-tech innovation, large industrial construction, luxury hotels/resorts and sports leisure facilities.

Andrew is well experienced in both representing claimants and defending respondents in international arbitration cases. In 2009, 2010 and 2011,  he independently represented two PRC respondents before Korean Commercial Arbitration Board through which he won outstanding career reputation. He is currently among the few Chinese lawyers capable of representing clients in English language arbitrations.

Andrew is capable of providing comprehensive advisory services on product evaluation, assessment and compliance mechanism construction for overseas business compliance and U.S. export control policy compliance. He has unique experiences and knowledge of compliance with cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

In the fields of hydrogen energy, cancer treatment nuclear drugs, cell immunotherapy development, Andrew provides comprehensive legal services for cooperation framework among R&D institutions and enterprises in Europe, China and the United States, including technology, patent rights and trade secrets protection. The maximum investment of a single business is more than 12 billion yuan.
