In the field of non-performing asset investment, Attorney Sun, as a legal advisor to investors, has been involved in numerous large-scale domestic projects. He is responsible for project due diligence, investment scheme design, negotiation of schemes, and drafting of transaction documents. In the dispute resolution field, Attorney Sun has handled dozens of cases, including business trust disputes, construction engineering contract disputes, shareholder contribution disputes, and company dissolution disputes. Additionally, Attorney Sun has extensive practical experience in financial disputes in areas such as financing leasing and commercial factoring.
