Mr. Huang has long been focusing on providing complex and comprehensive legal services to start-up companies, and he is particularly good at handling litigation and arbitration in equity, corporate governance and commercial contracts for start-up companies.

Prior to his practice, Mr. Huang worked in the Audit Department of Shanghai Stock Exchange Center and was responsible for the legal compliance consulting and auditing work of nearly one hundred science and technology enterprises, and he also accumulated a large number of difficult and complex cases in the Provincial High Court, the leading arbitration institutions in China and other judicial departments. Mr. Huang and his team now provide year-round legal services for a number of high-tech enterprises (including high-tech talents and executives employment compliance, external financing legal support, equity-related matters, corporate governance and operational compliance, etc.), and at the same time for a number of science and technology enterprises to deal with their upstream and downstream suppliers of the purchase and sale of products, technical services, product liability and other difficult and complex disputes between the class of cases.

Mr. Huang graduated from Peking University with a master's degree in litigation law and studied European Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg under the Luxembourg State Scholarship, which provided him with profound theoretical background and solid practical experience.
