Hylands Successfully Awarded the Procurement Project of Law Firm Pool of National Green Development Fund Co., Ltd.

Recently, Hylands Shanghai Office has received the notification of bid award from National Green Development Fund Co., Ltd. to be included into the pool of law firms, and Hylands has successfully won the bid with its outstanding lawyer team and extensive experience in private equity fund services.

National Green Development Fund Co., Ltd. is a national-level government investment fund jointly initiated and established by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, with an initial size of RMB 88.5 billion, which is mainly invested in the green development fields such as environmental protection and pollution prevention, ecological restoration and greening of land space, energy and resource conservation and utilization, green transportation and clean energy.

The Project has been led by Partner Ming WAN, with core team members including lawyers Qing LIN, Guodong WU, Hao DONG, Yao XU and Intern Zhao WANG.
