Hylands Assists Medlive and Beijing Focus Innovation Technology Co. Ltd. in Completing Equity Merger
On June 8, 2022, Medlive and Beijing Focus Innovation Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Focuse Innovation") held a signing ceremony for an equity merger in Beijing, and Medical Pulse acquired 60% of Focus Innovation's equity. As the exclusive legal advisor of Focus Innovation, Hylands Law Firm has provided comprehensive legal services for the Project, including performing legal due diligence, negotiation of the transaction parties, revision and signing of the transaction documents, assistance in settlement, etc. The team is led by Partners Lin YAN and Yanlong LI from the Life & Health Team of Hylands, with the participation of lawyers Yujing BAI and others.
