Qi JIANG, Zhengning LI, Qian SHEN and Jinfeng WU Appointed as Arbitrators of Shanghai Arbitration Commission

Recently, upon deliberations at the Second Plenary Session of the New (Seventh) Shanghai Arbitration Commission, the Register of Arbitrators for the New (Seventh) Session of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission was released and became effective on January 1, 2022, for a term of five years. Qi JIANG, Zhengning LI, Qian SHEN and Jinfeng WU from Hylands were included in the Register of Arbitrators and appointed as Arbitrators of Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Lawyers from Hylands will provide impartial, professional and efficient dispute resolution services in accordance with the laws of the People' s Republic of China, international practices as well as the rules of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
