Yu XU currently serves as Director of the Management Committee of Hylands, and specializes in dispute resolution, bankruptcy restructuring and special asset disposal. Yu XU, Director of the Management Committee, Head of the Bankruptcy Restructuring and Special Assets Disposal Practice Group, Senior Partner of Hylands Law Firm, and Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Law Committee of the Beijing Bar Association, Director of the Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators' Association, and Consultant of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on "Civil and Administrative Cases". XU has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy restructuring and special asset disposal, corporate and securities legal services, and legal services related to foreign affairs. He was awarded "Top 15 Litigation Lawyers in China 2020" by Asian Law Journal (ALB) and The A-List 2020) by China Business Law Journal (CBL).
