Julei QIAN Elected as Party Member of the Fourth Top 10 Pioneer Lawyers in Hangzhou
On April 16, 2022, “Legal Services for Common Wealth, Legal Services for Social Security” Oath-taking Rally of Hangzhou Lawyers Serving Asian Games and the Jiao tong Fourth "Top Ten Pioneer Lawyers" Award Ceremony for Party Member Lawyers was grandly held in Hangzhou. The event was organized by Hangzhou Municipal Committee Office of Comprehensive Legal Governance, Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, Municipal Civilization Office, Municipal Bureau of Justice, Hangzhou Culture Radio and Television Group, Hangzhou Daily Newspaper Group, and co-organized by Hangzhou Bar Association, Hangzhou TV Channel and Hangzhou Daily.
At the ceremony, Julei QIAN, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Senior Partner of Hylands Hangzhou Office, was honorably elected as one of the "Top Ten Pioneer Lawyers" for Party Member Lawyers in Hangzhou.
The election of "Top Ten Pioneer Lawyers" for Party Member Lawyers in Hangzhou aims to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the conference celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, to promote the study and education of the Party history among the lawyers in the city, to further promote the social influence of the team of lawyers, to establish an excellent image, to stimulate the lawyers in the city to study and implement the thought of the rule of law by Xi Jinping, to make the best of the Party Member lawyers in safeguarding fairness and justice, promote the construction of the rule of law in a pioneering and exemplary manner, to strive for high-quality development in the construction of common wealth demonstration area in Zhejiang to provide legal services. Julei QIAN joined the Communist Party of China during his college years. During the over ten years as a lawyer, he has always placed the people's livelihood and the legal demands of small and medium-sized enterprises in the first place, and actively participated in the popularization of law and public welfare activities; as a Party Member, he has assumed the responsibilities on his shoulders and into his heart, and walked on the path of "serving the people" squarely.
In December 2016, since Julei QIAN became the only Party Representative of the Ninth Party Congress in West Lake District of Hangzhou as a lawyer, he has conscientiously fulfilled his duties. And he has conceived in early 2020 during the fight against the epidemic, and took the initiative in July 2020 to establish the first basic level Lawyer Party Representative Workshop in Hangzhou - West Lake District Lawyer Party Representative Workshop, and constructed the "One Two Four" working mechanism based on the purpose of optimizing the business environment. In terms of rule of law publicity, public welfare consultation, legal examination, conflict resolution, etc., he has effectively played the leading role of Party Member and Party Representative, demonstrating the style of the Lawyer Party Representative of West Lake District. In December 2021, Julei QIAN was elected as Representative of the Tenth Party Congress of Hangzhou West Lake District, and he worked with other Lawyer Party Representatives of West Lake District to further improve the work mechanism of the Party Representative Room.
During the over ten years, from "Most Beautiful Party Member", "Excellent Young Lawyer", "Excellent CPC Member" to the honorary title of "Top Ten Pioneer Lawyers" in Hangzhou, the honorary certificates placed on the bookcase of Julei QIAN have demonstrated that he has always been striving for the original intention as a Party Member and has never failed to live up to the promise of "doing good to the people for life" made in his heart at the moment of joining the Party in the university. Such honors have also encouraged Julei QIAN to further strengthen his efforts and continue to exercise his model role as a Lawyer Party Representative, and also inspired other lawyers in the Firm to perform well in their work. The Firm will continue to promote the Firm building with the Party building, focus on the central points, serve the overall situation and serve the Asian Games, address the legal concerns of the general public and satisfy the legal demands of market players.
