On August 3, 2022, LEGALBAND, a renowned legal rating agency, announced its list of "Top 30 Outstanding Lawyers in China for 2022", in which 30 most outstanding young lawyers in the Chinese Mainland were selected based on the recommendation materials from law firms, self-nomination materials of lawyers and feedback from customers, and the core elements of the selection include the evaluation of the lawyers by customers and colleagues, the major transactions or cases they have participated in and the working experience as well. Her representative projects include: private equity fund establishment project of CITIC Zhengye Capital Management; RMB 400 million B+ series financing project of Shanghai North Ocean Photonics Technology Company Limited; acquisition of properties in Shanghai by Everbright Trust, etc. Wu is able to integrate legal knowledge with the rules of the industry where the customer is located, and assist the customers in reasonably controlling risks and facilitating transactions with comprehensive and integrated legal services.
