Hylands Law Firm Welcomes Antitrust Expert Adrian Emch
Hylands warmly welcomes ADRIAN EMCH as Senior Counsel to its antitrust practice in Shanghai.

Adrian Emch has worked on Greater Chinese antitrust matters since moving to China in 2008, shortly before China’s Anti-Monopoly Law came into effect. He worked as partner at international law firm Hogan Lovells for the past 13 years, and has been recognized as Band 1 practitioner in China competition law by Chambers & Partners for 10 years in a row. Prior to his time in China, Adrian worked in the field of EU antitrust law in Brussels.
Adrian’s practice covers the full spectrum of antitrust matters, including merger filings, government investigations, company-internal investigations, and compliance counseling. His practice also includes advising on trade-related issues, such as compliance with the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, and supply chain compliance, for example in relation to the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
