Hylands Assists CCCC Real Estate Group in Making Significant Progress in Poverty Alleviation Projects
On March 30, 2022, the CCCC Yilamila Renjoy Hotel, which is managed by CCCC Health and Wellness, a subsidiary of CCCC Real Estate, opened for trial operation, marking a new achievement of CCCC Group in consolidating the fight against poverty and contributing to rural revitalization.
CCCC Yilamila Renjoy Hotel is located in Bingzhongluo Town, Gongshan Dulong Nationality and Nu Autonomous County, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with abundant local tourism resources and profound cultural heritage, unique alpine valley scenery as well as a paradise scenery where "humans and gods live together". The CCCC Yilamila Renjoy Hotel project serves as an important support for CCCC Group to assist Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan Province to stabilize its economic growth, as well as a key project to protect and improve people's livelihood. Since the commencement of the project in early 2021, the Project has always adhered to high-level positioning and high-standard construction. By deeply exploring the local cultural connotation and seeking inspiration from the story of Yilamila, the God of Happiness, the Company has combined the symbolic meaning of "Yilamila" for a better life with the vision of CCCC to improve the quality of life of local people through industrial poverty alleviation. It has reinforced the management, scheduled the work, set explicit goals, completed the construction of the hotel and commenced the trial operation on schedule, made efforts to build a new business card of CCCC Group to contribute to the revitalization of the countryside, and provided strong support to the regional economic development.
A legal service team made up of Miao ZHANG, Partner and Lawyer from Hylands, Lawyers Zhoujian Pei ,Ming Gong and Yudong Ai, as well as Assistant Lawyers Jialu Wang and Luyao Wang, was engaged as special legal advisor for this project of CCCC Real Estate, to provide legal services for the Project.
