Hylands Acts on Behalf of the Hujialou Sub-district Office of the Chaoyang District People’s Government of Beijing in Responding to the Case of Wang Huiying’s Request to Cancel the Registration of the Owners’ Committee of Wangzuo Center

In August 2018, Huiying WANG, the owner of Wangzuo Business Center located in the Dongdaqiao Community, Hujialou Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, sued the Hujialou Sub-district office of the People’s Government of Chaoyang District, Beijing in the Chaoyang District People’s Court, requesting the Sub-district office to cancel the registration of Owners’ Committee of Wangzuo Business Center on the ground that the Sub-district office had violated relevant laws and regulations. The Sub-district office entrusted attorney Shanhe JIANG of Hylands as its agent in the case.

Accepting the entrustment of the case, attorney Shanhe JIANG submitted written opinions and evidential materials to the court and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the case from the perspectives of the election procedure of the owners’ committee and the legal obligation of the administrative organ. Later, the court accepted the opinion of attorney Shanhe JIANG and rejected the plaintiff Huiying WANG’s lawsuit request.
