Hylands assists ingkee to complete the financing of Series A

 In November 2015, SAIF Partners, GSR Ventures, and PurpleSky Capital, as lead investors, and DuoMi Music, as co-investor, invested a total of CNY 25 million in ingkee.

Beijing Milaiwu Network Technology Co. Ltd. is a company dedicated to providing R&D and operation of mobile video live broadcasting platform technology, with core business covering the R&D and operation of ingkee. Ingkee is a real-time live broadcasting media developed by Beijing Milaiwu Network Technology Co. Ltd., which was launched in May 2015 and gained rapid development. In October 2015, there were more than 10 million registered users in ingkee live broadcasting media.

Since there were many investors in this transaction, it’s necessary to fully negotiate with all parties to properly handle the rights and interests of all. During the transaction, Hylands acted as the legal adviser of ingkee, and the partner and attorney Zhitong ZHU and attorney Minmin SHAN provided them with full-process legal services, including providing informed opinions on the transaction structure design, conducting legal due diligence, drafting relevant documents, participating in the transaction negotiation, assisting in the transaction settlement, and protecting the rights and interests of the Company to the greatest extent.
