Hylands Assists Shenzhen Stoke Voltaics Technology Co., Ltd. in Completing a Series Pre-A Financing

Recently, Hylands has assisted Shenzhen Stoke Voltaics Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Stoke Voltaics"), an outdoor 3C hardware startup, to complete a Pre-A series and an angel series financing, with a total funding of nearly RMB 50 million. The Pre-A series financing was led by Lightspeed China and followed by Shunwei Capital and One Three Capital. The current series of financing will be applied to the definition, R&D and global branding of innovative outdoor 3C hardware products, as well as to the incubation of distributed energy devices and other outdoor product brands.

Stoke Voltaics was established in August 2021. The founding team is composed of serial entrepreneurs from top colleges and universities at home and abroad, including UC Berkeley, Stanford, MIT, Imperial College, Nanjing University, Harbin Institute of Technology, etc., with extensive experience in building and commercializing successful outdoor technology brands. Stoke Voltaics specializes in the design, development and sale of outdoor 3C hardware products for the global market. Its brand Stoke Voltaics is committed to enabling humans to live, work and play outdoors in a more comfortable and efficient manner; the energy line brand Dihangzhe will provide personalized distributed energy solutions.

In the current A series and angle series financing, Hylands Law Firm, as the special legal advisor of Stoke Voltaics, has provided full legal services for this round of financing. The scope of services includes transaction structure design, transaction negotiation, drafting, reviewing and revising various transaction documents, and assisting in completing the signing of transaction documents and project delivery. The Project is hosted by Yuancheng GUO, with the participation of Meng YAO and Xinyu QIU.
