Hylands assists The CCCC First Highway Engineering Group to acquire Hunan Yizhong Water Conservancy Construction Co. Ltd.
On May 22, 2019, The CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Water Engineering Co. Ltd. was officially unveiled, formerly known as Hunan Yizhong Water Conservancy Construction Co. Ltd. On April 26, 2019, CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Co. Ltd. signed an agreement with the original shareholders of Hunan Yizhong to formally accept 51% of the equity and realized the holding since then.
The acquisition was an important measure taken by CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Co. Ltd. to implement the ‘double-hundred action’ and its first breakthrough in promoting mixed-ownership reform. At the same time, it’s also a powerful measure to keep up with the country’s huge water conservancy market demand and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the CCCC First Highway Engineering Group and was the inevitable course for the CCCC First Highway Engineering Group to transform and upgrade.
