Hylands Assists Taizhou Sanfu Heavy Industry Group in Issuing USD 100 Million of Overseas Bonds

On December 7, 2021, Taizhou Sanfu Heavy Industry Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Sanfu Heavy Industry"), as guarantor, has successfully issued USD 100 million overseas bonds with a coupon rate of 1.90% and with Victory Ovation Pte Ltd as issuer. Hylands has served as Legal Advisor to Sanfu Heavy Industry, and provided comprehensive legal services for the Project. 

Based in Gaogang District, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, Sanfu Heavy Industry is an enterprise group integrating shipbuilding, software development and steel structure manufacturing, with shipbuilding as the core business. Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanfu Ship"), a core company of the shipbuilding segment of Sanfu Heavy Industry, is a Grade 1 Class 1 steel general ship manufacturer, which was included into the white list of the first batch of shipbuilding enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2014, with an annual production capacity of 1 million DWT. In addition, Sanfu Ship has been awarded the honors of Jiangsu High-tech Enterprise, the Demonstration Enterprise of Industrial Design in Jiangsu Province, the Demonstration Enterprise of Integration of IT Application with Iindustrialization, the Five-star Digital Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, the Advanced Unit of Demonstration of Intellectual Property Management in Jiangsu Province, etc. for nine consecutive years. Sanfu Ship has many R&D platforms such as Enterprise Technology Center of Jiangsu Province, Engineering Technology Research Center of Jiangsu Province and Academician Workstation of Jiangsu Province, and has passed the certification of the five standard systems including quality, environment, occupational health and safety, energy and information management, and is able to build ships complying with the specifications of any renowned classification societies worldwide.
