Hylands Assists Tianyi Research Institute to Complete the Financing of Series A
Recently, Chasha Tianyi Space Science and Technology Research Institute Co. Ltd. (Tianyi Research Institute) announced the completion of Series A financing of nearly CNY 100 million. The financing was led by SAIF Partners and followed by Matrix Partners China, Mingchuan Capital, Northern Lights Venture Capital, Cash Capital, and others.
Established in 2016, Tianyi Research Institute is committed to providing services for micro-satellite space experiments and also is one of the earliest start-up companies in the commercial aerospace industry in China. Specialized in the R&D of space systems and payloads for the commercial market, Tianyi Research Institute mainly engages in providing short-cycle, low-cost, and one-stop space science experiment and technology verification services for domestic and foreign scientists, research institutes, and commercial companies through micro-satellites. So far, Tianyi Research Institute has successfully launched China’s first commercial scientific experimental satellite Xiaoxiang-1 aboard the Long March 11 launcher, and successfully developed with Israeli SpacePharma Company and launched China’s first microgravity chemical experiment satellite DIDO-2 in India.
