Hylands Assists Wuhan 2:10 AM Animation in Completing Series B Financing

Recently, Hylands Law Firm has assisted Wuhan 2:10 AM Animation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "2:10 AM Animation") in successfully completing its Series B+ equity financing. This series of financing was led by Pop Mart and followed by HyperGryph and Chinese Online.

In the current Series B+ financing, Hylands Law Firm, as the legal advisor of Neptune, has provided full legal services for this round of financing. The scope of services includes transaction structure design, transaction negotiation, drafting, reviewing and revising various transaction documents, and assisting in completing the signing of transaction documents and project delivery. The Project is hosted by Yuancheng GUO, with the participation of Meng YAO and Xinyu QIU.
