Hylands Assists Two Projects of Over RMB 10 Billion in Chongqing and Wuhan to Be Included in the Second Batch of National EOD Model Pilot Projects

Recently, among the list of the second batch of ecological environment-oriented development (EOD) pilot projects announced on the official website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People' s Republic of China, the ecological construction and eco-industrialization EOD project around Jinyun Mountain in Beibei District, Chongqing (with an investment of RMB 17.2 billion) and the ecological management EOD project around Lu Lake in Jiangxia District, Wuhan (with a total investment of RMB 17.7 billion), for which Haixiang SHEN and Luping LENG have provided special legal services, have been listed.
The Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Development Bank jointly issued the Notice on Approval of the Second Batch of Ecologically Oriented Development (EOD) Model Pilot Projects, announcing the list of 58 pilot projects under EOD model.
