This case was a typical case of enterprises without capital, site, and structure, which applied summary procedures to conclude quickly. When our legal team acted as the administrator, in the preliminary analysis, they found that the facts of the case and the debtor-creditor relationship are non-controversial and clear. The debtor belonged to enterprises without capital, site, and structure. According to the requirements of Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court’s ‘Implementation Opinion on Promoting the Separation of Complex Bankruptcy Cases from Simple Ones’, the legal team applied the summary procedures to fulfill the duties of the administrator according to the law.
