The first private placement notes (PPN) for the year 2019 by Datang Huayin Electric Power Co. Ltd. obtained the registration notice of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) in December 2019. The registered amount of the first PPN was CNY 1.5 billion. Datang Huayin Electric Power Co. Ltd. (stock code: 600744) is an electric power production company. Located in the central part of China, the company is an important strategic channel for ‘West-to-East Power Transmission’ and the ‘North-to-South Power Transmission’. It provides energy products and services for the sustainable economic and social development of Hunan and the regions involved and is a strategic entity for the diversified development of power core industries, power-related industries, power extension industries, high-tech industries, and venture capital industries.
