Hylands assists Jining High Tech Urban Construction Investment Co. Ltd. to issue US$ 118 million of Overseas Senior Fixed-rate Bonds

Jining High Tech Urban Construction is the main entity of urban infrastructure construction, shantytowns transformation, and state-owned assets management in Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned enterprise Jining High-tech Holding Group Co. Ltd. It’s the first issuance of USD-denominated bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by Jining Hi-Tech Urban Construction, which fully reflected the international capital market’s recognition of the credit, strength and industrial layout of the current domestic market. It’s also an important step for Jining Hi-Tech Urban Construction to open up overseas financing channels, promote a three-dimensional and diversified financing pattern and expand the international market.
