Hylands promotes the successful issuance of Capital Securities-Beijing-Tianjin Expressway Toll Collection Rights Asset-Backed Special Plan

On October 16, 2020, the Capital Securities-Beijing-Tianjin Expressway Toll Collection Rights Asset-Backed Special Plan was successfully issued on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The plan was the largest asset securitization project of infrastructure charging right in the past three years, with a total target raising the size of CNY 4.25 billion and a target raising the size of CNY 4.2 billion for senior securities, accounting for 98.82%, while the target raising the size of subordinated securities CNY 50 million, accounting for 1.18%. The issuer of the plan was Tianjin Jingjin Expressway Co. Ltd. The underlying assets of the product were infrastructure charging rights with Capital Securities Corporation Limited as the plan manager. The senior asset-backed securities were rated as AAA by Zhongchengxin International Credit Rating Co. Ltd.
