Hylands Provides Overall Process Exclusive Legal Services to Maybio Medical Biotechnology for Another Series A Financing of Several Tens of Millions of RMB

On August 16, Maybio Medical Biotechnology (hereinafter referred to as “Maybio") announced the completion of a series A financing round of tens of millions of RMB, which was led by Alwin Capital and followed by Tengun Great Health and the existing shareholder Redhill Capital. In this transaction, the Life Health Team of Hylands has served as the exclusive legal counsel to Maybio throughout the process.

Maybio is the first enterprise in China to employ in vitro tissue engineering technology to efficiently produce human-derived ECM composite collagen, focusing on the R&D, production and sales of medical plastic surgery related products. Currently, mass production has been realized on a large scale. Upon the completion of this series of financing, Maybio is expected to expedite the clinical validation of the whole human collagen injection products, and continue to increase the investment in R&D to improve the product lines.
