Bankruptcy Liquidation Project of Wenzhou Zhonghai Oil Product Sales Co. Ltd.

Hylands’ Wenzhou Branch was appointed as the administrator of Wenzhou CNOOC Products Sales Co. Ltd., an oil storage and sales company with state-owned shares whose legal representative was in prison for a crime after the court ruled to accept its bankruptcy liquidation upon the debtor’s application. In this project, we conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the assets of Wenzhou CNOOC Products Sales Co. Ltd., searched for potential investors, worked out a feasibility plan for bankruptcy reorganization, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of creditors while striving to achieve the best interests of all parties.
