Hylands Assists The Belt and Road Initiative--Wiseasy Technology Settles in the China-Belarus Industrial Park (Great Stone)

Hylands Law Firm provided all-around legal services for the project, including suggestions on the selection of investment destinations, on-the-spot investigation and research of the project, communication, and negotiation with relevant departments and institutions of China and Belarus on issues such as the origin of products, identification of self-produced products, drafting, review, and modification of project documents, etc.

The Wiseasy Belarus will engage in the R&D, production, and sales of intelligent electronic terminal products represented by intelligent POS machines in the Great Stone and provide corresponding after-sales service support.  In the meantime, the enterprise will also provide mobile payment system development and related services.  The project will not only expand the international market of Beijing Wiseasy Technology and promote the improvement of payment technology in Belarus and neighboring countries but also improve the overall operational efficiency of infrastructure in local financial and social services industries and promote the upgrading of relevant local industries.
