Attorney Zhengning LI focuses his practices on foreign-related intellectual property rights and TMT. He always pays attention to the fields of sports, entertainment, and e-sports, as well as legal issues brought out by new technologies and new business practices. Since 2005, attorney Zhengning LI has studied the basis of civil law relief for electronic data loss on the Internet. In the past 15 years, LI has represented many domestic and foreign clients such as government agencies, enterprises, and institutions in handling investment, financing, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and related disputes in fields including culture, sports, tourism, film, television, entertainment, and the Internet.  He has rich experience with projects related to film, television, cultural tourism, sports events, live events, games, and intellectual property derivatives. Attorney LI once represented Blizzard and Ninetowns in handling infringement disputes against Founder Group regarding the ‘World of Warcraft game font.
