Hylands Law Firm is selected as a member unit of the first Bankruptcy Administrators Association
On October 25, 2019, the founding meeting of the Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators Association and its first general meeting was held in Beijing.
The meeting voted and approved the articles of association, membership fee standards, management methods, and election methods, and elected the first board of directors, board of supervisors, president, vice president, chairman of the board of supervisors, and secretary-general. Hylands Law Firm is selected as a member of the first Bankruptcy Administrators Association, and partner Yu XU is elected as a director.
Xuejun JIN, Vice President of Beijing Higher People's Court, Qun WANG, Second Inspector of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Attorneys Industry, Xiaowei ZHANG, Vice President of Beijing Attorneys Association, Jun PANG, Deputy Secretary General of Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and other leaders and guests attended the meeting.
At the meeting., Vice President Xuejun JIN and Secretary Qun WANG jointly unveiled the plaque for the Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators Association. The meeting was presided over by LiZHU XIAO, secretary-general of the Beijing Attorneys Association. Vice President Xuejun JIN, Secretary Qun WANG, and Vice President Xiaowei ZHANG delivered speeches at the meeting.
Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators Association is a self-regulatory organization for industry composed of professional institutions such as law firms, accounting firms, and bankruptcy liquidation firms. Its establishment marks the standardized functioning of corporate bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring work.
